| Bidders must purchase the bid documents and be on the bidders list in order to submit a bid.

| The Contractor shall possess a valid Class A License at the time the Contract is awarded.

|
| A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, May 17, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the job site: Wilder Fields, 101 Wilder Rd., Orinda, to cover project construction. Prospective bidders attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
