Continue cost effective purchases of supplies and services.
Work with other departments to implement procedures that result in cost
savings, increased efficiency and improved citizen service.
Maximize use of recycled office supplies throughout the organization.
Provide general administrative support to all City departments regarding centralized services.
Vehicle Replacement
The Vehicle Replacement Fund is an internal service fund that provides
for the replacement of City vehicles. Revenue is received by charging
user departments on a cost-reimbursement basis.
Service Levels
Maintain records of all City vehicles.
Monitor resources to insure adequate funding is available for replacements.
